NURSING HOME MANAGER
Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for providing quality care? We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager to oversee the daily operations of our welcoming Nursing Home. If you’re a skilled communicator, have a strong background in healthcare management, and are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment for residents and staff alike, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high-quality care for all residents.
• Lead, train, and support a compassionate team of nurses, caregivers, and support staff.
• Oversee staff scheduling, performance reviews, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of residents, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
• Foster a family-like atmosphere by maintaining open communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and comfortable for residents at all times.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in nursing home management or healthcare administration.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations related to nursing home care.
• A genuine passion for senior care and the well-being of others.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 Standards
• Understanding of Infection Control
HEALTH CARE ASSISTANTS/NURSE AIDES
Qualifications & Experience:
• Previous experience of working in a care setting.
• Relevant Vocational Qualification (achieved or working towards).
• Evidence of having undertaken relevant training (i.e. lifting and handling, health and safety, food hygiene etc.).
HEALTH CARE SUPPORT WORKERS/WARD ATTENDANTS
Qualifications& Experience:
• Ability to Support the team with any Manual Handling needs for the residents and the home. This may involve lifting heavy objects of at least 23kg.
• 2. Ability to read and write at basic levels.
• 3. Must be in good physical health.
